It consists of three concentric circles around a central axis made of stainless steel: the topmost ring is stationary, the laser has a circular array of represent a region; and the middle and bottom of the ring can be rotated, representing the hour and minute hands. But like most of an oversized buttons Bullion will usually hide clock function to express the passage of time unknowingly, you have to understand or know what time it is, can only interact with it, tapping its surface wake.
